The Fleet & Medium-Duty Technician role is onsite in Auburn, WA. Compensation is $30–$60 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and qualifications. The role supports Bud Clary Auto Group’s expanding commercial service operation, which serves fleet and business customers. The technician diagnoses, services, and repairs commercial vehicles, fleet accounts, work trucks, vans, and medium-duty vehicles. The work helps keep customer vehicles operating through accurate diagnostics, preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and coordination with service advisors and parts personnel.

What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair commercial, fleet, and medium-duty vehicles
• perform mechanical and electrical diagnostics
• service gas- and diesel-powered vehicles
• repair engine, electrical, cooling, steering, suspension, brake, driveline, and HVAC systems
• perform preventive maintenance and inspections
• document findings and recommendations
• complete repairs and road tests as needed
• coordinate with service advisors and parts personnel
• maintain a safe, organized work area
• follow dealership, manufacturer, OSHA, EPA, and safety requirements
• stay current with training and diagnostic procedures.
