What you'll do

• Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and facility policies
• assess, monitor, and document resident conditions and report changes
• administer medications, IV therapy, nutrition support, and treatments
• develop and evaluate individualized care plans
• conduct assessments and participate in care conferences
• support mobility and activities of daily living as needed
• educate residents and families
• uphold resident rights, confidentiality, and infection control
• respond to emergencies
• provide clinical supervision to LPNs and certified nursing assistants.
