CNC Machinist – Precision Components is an onsite role in Springfield, MO, with a Monday–Friday first shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM; overtime and weekends may be needed. Pay is $17.86–$21.71 per hour, with a guaranteed increase after three months. Ingersoll Rand makes mission-critical flow creation and industrial solutions, including equipment such as blowers, pumps, and boosters. The machinist sets up and operates CNC equipment to produce precision components, checking dimensions and quality while maintaining equipment and documenting production. This work supports the construction, assembly, and rebuilding of industrial equipment.

What you'll do

• Set up CNC machines, load programs, tools, and fixtures, and perform changeovers
• run production using G-Code and adjust offsets to maintain tolerances
• interpret blueprints and GD&T
• monitor machine operation
• inspect parts and document quality results
• troubleshoot issues
• perform routine maintenance and follow 5S and safety standards.
