What you'll do

• Drive restaurant operations toward 5 Star Status
• review daily sales, food cost, and labor and follow up as needed
• ensure food safety compliance and proper team-member training
• maintain customer service
• motivate staff and lead by example
• protect cash, inventory, and other assets
• perform general team-member duties including equipment operation, stocking, food preparation, telephone orders, inventory paperwork, and cleaning.
