Quality Manager

The Quality Manager role is onsite at Probi’s manufacturing plant in Lafayette, CO, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.; compensation is not specified. Probi researches, manufactures, and delivers biotic solutions for dietary supplements and functional food and beverage applications. The role leads Quality Assurance and Quality Control, including the quality teams and microbiological laboratory. It strengthens the quality management system, supports regulatory compliance and product quality, and partners with plant leadership and other stakeholders on continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop quality personnel
• assess and improve the quality management system
• identify regulatory and customer requirement gaps
• oversee laboratory testing, release procedures, deviations, OOS, and CAPA systems
• manage change control, training, complaints, and audits
• review manufacturing records and product specifications
• oversee material disposition
• maintain quality records
• prepare audit reports
• investigate customer complaints and root causes
• maintain certification and inspection readiness.
