What you'll do

• Operate the multiline telephone and paging system
• answer and route calls
• greet, direct, and sign in visitors
• report suspicious behavior
• receive and distribute mail
• respond to job-opening inquiries and distribute applications
• maintain resident and staff contact lists
• handle sensitive information confidentially
• keep the lobby and workstation clean and report hazards or equipment issues.
