What you'll do

• Welcome guests, students, and faculty and provide customer service
• guide prospective students and families at the Welcome Center
• assist with guest flow at events in coordination with Conference and Events Services and other departments
• answer and transfer switchboard calls
• respond to inquiries and provide wayfinding
• guide people to safety and report concerns during emergencies
• maintain visitor logs
• assist with digital and directional signage.
