What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, skin care, toileting, grooming, oral hygiene, dressing, feeding, turning, positioning, transfers, and ambulation
• measure and record intake and output and resident weight
• maintain rooms and beds
• transport residents and equipment
• assess skin and report abnormalities
• answer resident calls
• collect and label specimens
• report condition changes and incidents
• maintain confidentiality and annual in-service requirements.
