What you'll do

• Provide senior oversight of field operations
• monitor safety, quality, schedule, logistics, and profitability
• identify and resolve project risks
• guide teams through schedule, staffing, coordination, quality, and cost challenges
• plan site logistics, inspections, testing, reporting, and quality control
• mentor and develop field leaders
• participate in preconstruction and constructability reviews as needed
• build relationships with clients and project stakeholders
• champion safety and quality
• travel between project sites and offices as business needs require.
