HVAC Area Service Manager

What you'll do

• Coordinate technician assignments and dispatch
• review service tickets and follow up on parts and customer communications
• coordinate parts and materials with supply teams
• ensure repairs and installations are scheduled efficiently
• confirm job documentation is complete and timely
• support accurate invoicing
• identify training needs and mentor technicians
• assist with technical support, safety implementation, hiring forecasts, customer development, and project management
• supervise union and non-union employees.
