What you'll do

• Develop integrated communications strategies for beauty and lifestyle brands
• advise founders and senior leaders
• use media relationships to develop coverage and media moments
• direct account teams and integrate brand partnerships, influencer strategy, and digital creative
• lead new-business meetings and proposals
• mentor junior staff
• apply content and platform insights to client strategy
• manage account financial and administrative health.
