What you'll do

• Assist attorneys through phases of securities litigation, including cite checking, fact checking, and proofreading
• conduct legal and factual research
• manage document review and e-discovery using platforms such as Relativity or Everlaw
• assist with government-entity RFPs
• coordinate and track complex motion filings in federal and state courts.
