Job overview

What you'll do
- Ensure compliance with Department on Disability Services and Maryland Developmental Disabilities Administration policies and applicable regulations
- participate as a liaison at annual ISP meetings
- monitor individual support plans, appointments, and housing goals
- review treatment and behavior data and progress documentation
- maintain program books
- communicate program information
- write outcomes, goals, quarterlies, and strategies
- ensure required medical services and authorized services are completed and entered into LTSS/PCIS
- facilitate staff training
- meet with supported individuals
- research and implement programs that improve community inclusion.

Why this role
A bachelor’s degree or higher in social work or an equivalent field is desired. DDA/DDS policy knowledge and social-work experience are also desired.
