Part-Time Residential Care Coordinator

TCS Care For All provides residential care for foster children displaced in the community. The coordinator oversees day-to-day facility operations and resident care, helping maintain a safe, supportive environment. The role also supports staff, compliance, and individualized care planning in coordination with social workers and caregivers.

What you'll do

• Create a caring and safe residential community
• uphold policies and procedures and legal and organizational requirements
• manage staff hiring, training, and coaching
• coordinate resident intake and discharge with social workers
• participate in care-plan development and evaluation
• schedule well-being visits and appointments
• serve as a legally mandated reporter
• provide 24-hour on-call services and weekend availability.

Why this role
