What you'll do

• Lead Memory Care neighborhood operations and resident experience
• implement the Flourish Memory Care philosophy
• develop dementia-informed programming and engagement
• coach and develop associates
• partner with the Health and Wellness Director and clinical team
• support families
• ensure compliance with standards and regulations
• monitor engagement and support satisfaction and occupancy goals
• participate in the Manager-on-Duty rotation.
