What you'll do

• Coordinate and manage nursing and support staff schedules
• help ensure staffing levels meet facility needs and state regulations
• communicate shift changes, open shifts, and schedule updates
• maintain attendance, time-off, and shift-swap records
• collaborate with HR and nursing leadership
• assist with recruiting and onboarding as needed
• monitor attendance and staffing policy compliance
• support last-minute schedule adjustments due to emergencies or call-offs. Schedule includes Monday 0630–0900, Friday 1430–1630, and every Saturday and Sunday 0630–1430
• on-call Friday through Monday.
