The role supports food service and passenger experience by greeting guests, processing orders and payments, coordinating orders with kitchen staff, and maintaining a clean, safe service area.

What you'll do

• Greet guests
• enter food and beverage orders into the POS system
• process credit card transactions and account for payments
• answer menu questions
• communicate orders to kitchen staff
• verify, package, and distribute orders
• maintain and restock service areas
• assist with basic food preparation, kitchen support, opening and closing, and special events
• follow food safety and health and safety procedures
• help ensure passenger safety and comfort.
