What you'll do

• Own the bare-metal compute roadmap, including GPU/CPU offerings, rapid provisioning, and lifecycle management
• define customer support workflows, ticketing, and escalation paths with Infrastructure Operations and Customer Support
• align hardware and software layers
• lead engineering and infrastructure operations initiatives for provisioning, observability, and self-service
• synthesize customer feedback with Sales and go-to-market teams
• represent the strategy to partners and executives.
