The position supports Hoffman Building Technologies’ installation of PLC, SCADA, and BMS systems. The role organizes and controls project elements and progress so installations can be completed. It coordinates schedules, subcontractors, materials, billing, communications, commissioning, and project closeout with customers and internal teams.

What you'll do

• Organize construction projects, documentation, timelines, commissioning workload, and engineering/programming schedules
• review bids and hire electrical subcontractors
• direct subcontractor installation and documentation
• requisition and coordinate project materials
• collaborate on billing
• communicate progress, site visits, deadlines, and change orders
• coordinate startup, modifications, turnover, closeout, as-built data, service handoff, and owner training
• review labor cost reports and maintain technical knowledge.
