What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living, including cooking, hygiene, and routines
• administer medications and follow support plans
• encourage community participation, recreation, social activities, independence, choice, and personal growth
• transport people to appointments and community outings
• work across multiple residential and community-based programs.
