What you'll do

• Answer client and driver calls, enter orders, and provide delivery updates
• review routed and on-demand orders
• perform quality assurance checks
• monitor routes and deliveries
• assign and coordinate on-demand orders with drivers
• investigate delivery issues
• escalate concerns and coordinate with Operations
• document customer, driver, order, and delivery information
• assist with service recovery.
