What you'll do

• Greet prospective renters and conduct unit tours
• prepare and execute leases
• conduct credit checks and other applicant screening tasks
• collect application fees, security deposits, and rent
• coordinate property maintenance
• communicate rental agreement changes or property issues
• follow up with prospects
• build rapport with residents
• monitor community facilities.

Why this role
