What you'll do

• Provide ongoing HR outsourcing support and respond to client HR questions.
• Research federal, state, and local employment requirements and help clients implement practical HR practices.
• Draft and update handbooks, policies, procedures, templates, and other HR documents.
• Support employee lifecycle activities and benefits administration.
• Manage smaller engagements or defined workstreams, coordinate activities, track progress, maintain documentation, and meet deadlines.
• Communicate HR guidance to clients and team members, escalate matters requiring additional review, and contribute to internal tools and process improvements.
