The Millwright role is onsite in Pearland, TX, with four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM. Pay is $27.40–$42.50 per hour. The position is a temp-to-hire opportunity supporting an industrial facility in the Houston area. The millwright maintains the facility’s rotating and mechanical equipment to support safe, reliable operations. The work includes equipment installation, precision alignment, troubleshooting, repairs, and coordination with maintenance and reliability personnel to address recurring issues and improve equipment reliability.

What you'll do

• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain pumps, compressors, agitators, gearboxes, blowers, fans, and related equipment
• perform precision alignment and diagnose failures
• follow OEM specifications and industry standards
• interpret mechanical drawings and schematics
• work with bearings, seals, shafts, drive systems, and lubrication
• use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment
• follow LOTO, process safety, and facility safety procedures
• assist with fixed equipment installation and maintenance procedure improvements.
