What you'll do

• Perform landscaping, carpentry, painting, and basic equipment and facility repairs
• conduct preventive maintenance
• complete work orders
• perform minor electrical tasks such as changing light bulbs
• address plumbing issues including clogs and leaks
• mow lawns, remove weeds, and clear brush
• maintain tools and equipment
• follow health, safety, and OSHA standards
• support other related maintenance needs as assigned.
