What you'll do

• Handle commercial real estate transactions from inception through closing
• advise on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, title, financing, and public-private partnerships
• draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents
• represent public agencies, developers, corporations, property owners, and nonprofits
• manage multiple transactions and deadlines
• collaborate with attorneys and provide strategic client advice.
