What you'll do

• Oversee general repairs, preventive maintenance, and apartment turns
• supervise and coordinate maintenance team members
• respond to resident service requests
• troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, appliances, electrical systems, and irrigation
• prepare vacant apartments
• identify safety hazards
• manage inventory, maintenance budget, and supply orders
• support emergency and weather-related response needs.
