What you'll do

• Assist the Activities Director with daily programs
• encourage and support participation in group activities, events, outings, and one-on-one activities
• prepare materials and activity spaces
• maintain attendance records
• transport residents within the facility when needed
• report changes in mood, behavior, interests, or participation to the Activities Director and nursing staff
• follow facility safety, infection-control, and regulatory requirements.
