What you'll do

• Audit and reconcile room charges, cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, final bills, and occupancy percentages
• prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• respond to guest inquiries and complaints
• process reservations and check-ins
• delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests
• perform administrative, bookkeeping, and accounting procedures as required.
