What you'll do

• Assist members with account inquiries, transactions, and credit union information through phone and digital channels
• support Digital Banking and Bill Pay navigation and troubleshooting
• research account and transaction discrepancies and escalate complex issues
• process deposits, loan payments, transfers, and fee refund requests
• maintain accurate transaction records and daily balances
• recommend relevant products and services
• protect member information and follow security, verification, fraud-prevention, and compliance procedures.
