What you'll do

• Receive inbound dealership contacts about claim coverage
• analyze repair shop claim information and adjudicate claims
• verify failure causes and coverage using probing questions
• review technical information, repair procedures, labor allowances, and parts pricing
• request additional information when needed
• document contacts
• escalate concerns
• meet program performance metrics.
