What you'll do

• Schedule recurring activities, special events, and holiday programs
• create monthly calendars and newsletters
• document residents’ social histories and preferences
• work with caregivers on engagement and communication approaches
• facilitate resident forums
• manage activity supplies and the memory care therapeutic music program
• plan group excursions
• supervise Life Enrichment Assistants
• maintain participation records and the monthly expense budget
• and serve as Manager on Duty as assigned.

Why this role
