What you'll do

• Sort and rinse dishes, glassware, tableware, and utensils
• operate the dish machine and change its water hourly
• wash pots, pans, and trays by hand
• stack and return clean dishes
• remove trash
• set up and clean the dishwashing area
• sweep and mop floors
• clean restaurant and restroom areas
• report dish-machine temperatures below safety standards.
