The Lead Toddler Teacher role is onsite in Sudbury, MA, with compensation of $20.25–$26.33 per hour. The role leads classroom operations and supports children’s physical, social, emotional, and developmental growth through Cadence Education programs.

What you'll do

• Create an inclusive classroom and build relationships with children and families
• recognize diverse developmental and learning needs, including implementing IEPs and behavioral support plans as required
• plan, deliver, and document developmentally appropriate curriculum
• maintain safe supervision and follow licensing and safety requirements
• document incidents
• participate in required training and professional development
• and model classroom practices for the team. Schedules may vary based on enrollment, staffing ratios, and operational needs, and are not guaranteed to be eight-hour shifts.

Why this role

Lead Teachers must meet state licensing requirements. Six to twelve months of early childhood or classroom experience is preferred depending on education and credentials; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
