What you'll do

• Deliver classroom and hands-on training for powered industrial equipment
• evaluate, certify, and recertify operators through written and practical assessments
• provide coaching and refresher training
• develop training materials, procedures, and certification programs
• ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards
• monitor performance and identify skill gaps
• maintain training and compliance records
• collaborate with Operations, Safety, HR, and Quality
• serve as a subject matter expert in equipment training and warehouse safety.
