What you'll do

• Handle venture capital financings, M&A transactions, and corporate governance matters
• work on preferred stock, bridge, and SAFE financings
• support transactions using NVCA, Series Seed, and Y Combinator forms
• assist with M&A deal support and due diligence
• advise on day-to-day governance for early-stage and high-growth companies
• collaborate with teams and supervise junior team members.
