What you'll do

• Conduct routine and random armed patrols of hospital buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations
• monitor access points and visitor activity
• support access-control procedures
• respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations
• assist with directing people to departments or services
• prepare reports and document observations and actions
• provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors.
