What you'll do

• Guide facilities technicians and assist with assigning work, shift priorities, and coverage. Perform hands-on troubleshooting, repairs, and emergency response as needed. Execute facility, utility, building, and grounds maintenance plans
• support preventive and predictive maintenance and work-order documentation. Support boilers, compressed air, HVAC, water, wastewater, and electrical distribution maintenance. Train technicians, reinforce safety practices, support audits and inspections, and recommend reliability and cost improvements.
