What you'll do

• Oversee general apartment maintenance and technical maintenance tickets
• assist with unit turnovers
• oversee work performed by contractors and county personnel
• apply apartment maintenance experience including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance troubleshooting, drywall, and painting
• respond to property emergencies as part of the after-hours on-call rotation.
