What you'll do

• coach and develop Operations Leads, Team Leaders, Trainers and Team Members
• maintain food quality, food safety, speed of service, cleanliness and guest experience
• oversee inventory, food cost, equipment, opening, transition and closing procedures
• set expectations and track results
• identify improvements and solve problems
• partner with Front of House and fellow leaders
• maintain readiness for operational assessments, Quality Improvement Visits and food safety audits
• develop team members for increased leadership responsibility.
