Grain Inventory Control Specialist

What you'll do

• Process inventory and grain transactions in the ERP system
• establish and maintain grain contracts and delivery information
• record deliveries, quality parameters, storage charges, and adjustments
• track lot movements across locations and production processes
• reconcile physical inventory with ERP balances and resolve discrepancies
• complete production orders and consumption transactions
• review grain, freight, and storage invoices before submission to Accounts Payable
• coordinate accurate transactions across departments
• maintain documentation for reporting, traceability, and audits
• assist with physical inventories, cycle counts, month-end activities, and inventory projects.
