What you'll do

• Assess system architecture, integrations, data flows, technical debt, scalability constraints, and database schemas
• define target-state architecture and bounded contexts
• design a fault-tolerant pipeline for external vendor feeds and denormalized storage for read-heavy queries
• develop a phased modernization and refactoring roadmap while maintaining backward compatibility
• establish engineering standards and decision frameworks
• guide a PHP, C++, and JavaScript development team
• improve workflows, CI/CD, testing, and release processes
• mentor engineers and document architecture.
