What you'll do
- Assists physician as a monitor tech during invasive cardiovascular procedures, interpreting EKG's and operating physiologic recorder.
- Operates imaging equipment under physician's direction.
- Prepares lab for procedure, maintains sterile technique, and prepares patient.
- Post-procedure, removes sheath, maintains hemostasis, and monitors patient status.
- Assists in teaching and orientation of students and new staff.
- Orders supplies and demonstrates inventory control.
- Troubleshoots equipment problems.
What we're looking for

- Associate or Bachelor's degree
- Experience
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree, science emphasis or commensurate healthcare experience. RCIS certified within six months of date of hire. ARRT and TX RT(R) required in lieu of RCIS.
