Assistant General Manager

It helps put store action plans into practice and develop hourly Team Members while maintaining CAVA’s standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness.

What you'll do

• Support daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing
• help manage schedules, staffing, inventory, ordering, labor, and costs
• train, coach, and provide feedback to Team Members
• uphold food quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety standards
• address guest concerns
• track sales and cash handling
• assist with reports and action plans.
