What you'll do

• Own store operations, team, and performance
• lead 8–15 employees
• cover shifts as needed, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
• perform store employee duties such as register operation, stocking, upselling, cleaning, and maintaining the lot and fuel pumps
• coach, recruit, hire, and train team members
• manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, merchandising, banking, and cash deposits
• maintain safety, cleanliness, food safety, and customer satisfaction
• control expenses and labor hours
• execute company programs and marketing initiatives
• step in to manage deli or QSR operations when necessary.
