Job overview

The Collision Estimator role is an onsite position located in Mount Pleasant, SC. Compensation is commission-based and dependent on sales volume. This role supports the Classic Collision team, a company established in 1983 with a mission to provide quality service with integrity and honesty. The primary purpose of this role is to serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the vehicle repair process. The estimator prepares accurate repair estimates, manages insurance claims, and coordinates with technicians to ensure high-quality repairs and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from drop-off to delivery.
• Prepare repair estimates for customers and insurance partners.
• Manage insurance claims to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Coordinate with technicians to identify all damages.
• Perform quality inspections prior to vehicle delivery.
