What you'll do

• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan and mortgage payments, check cashing, and other customer transactions
• verify transactions and account balances and follow bank policies and applicable regulations
• greet and interview customers to assess financial needs
• open deposit and loan accounts
• explain products and digital banking channels and make qualified referrals
• maintain and balance cash
• answer account and service questions and follow through on issue resolution
• participate in branch sales goals, promotions, meetings, and training.
