The Contract Recruiter, Talent Acquisition role is hybrid in New York, NY and Chicago, IL, with at least three office days per week unless additional in-office days are directed. The recruiter owns end-to-end hiring for a portfolio of roles and partners with business stakeholders to attract and select talent. The position contributes to hiring delivery and supports employer branding, candidate attraction, inclusion, and improvements to recruiting processes and candidate experience.

What you'll do

• Manage recruitment from role sign-off through offer
• build relationships with business stakeholders
• provide recruitment expertise, market insight, and talent intelligence
• advise leaders on recruiting practices
• source and engage passive candidates through networks, outreach, and market mapping
• contribute to employer branding, candidate attraction, inclusion, and recruiting efficiency projects.
