What you'll do

• Lead maintenance team members
• perform unit turns and work orders
• coordinate with leasing staff and managers
• conduct monthly safety meetings and manage OSHA/SDS reporting
• schedule and perform preventive maintenance
• maintain grounds and property appearance
• manage vendors and inventory
• make purchases within budget and seek approval for over-budget work
• respond to emergency on-call requirements
• provide resident customer service.
