What you'll do

• Maintain program structure and conduct observation rounds and safety checks
• support de-escalation and coping skills
• conduct room and luggage searches
• provide bathroom monitoring
• take vital signs, weights, and urine specific gravity as applicable
• participate in group facilitation and outings
• support meals and snacks
• document observations and events
• provide patient transportation as needed
• distribute mail and packages.
